The Rains family arrived in Kenya in January of 2000. They have joined the Rick Simonsen family in their efforts to see the Jumapili Baptist Church established in Thika, Kenya. Some of the things the Rains are involved in are as follows: preaching (Michael), community outreach, Bible studies, children’s Sunday School, Bible Institute courses, and Swahili classes.
